HOA Committees
Committee Members assist our Board and Complex by dealing with specific areas.
CommitteesConstruction - Objective is to assist in coordinating the construction repairs in
any ways possible and to advise the Board on construction issues.
Rules & Regulations - Objective is to receive, investigate and make recommendations
to the Board regarding complaints and/or alleged violations of the CC&Rs or
Rules and Regulations.
Landscaping - Objective is to review and make recommendations to the
Board regarding aesthetics and quality of Common Area Landscapes.
Parking - Objective is to receive, investigate and make recommendations
to the Board regarding complaints and/or violations in Parking Rules, and to
provide courtesy notices on vehicles to help inform everyone of the parking
rules.
Newsletter - Objective is to write articles for publication in the monthly
newsletter, or on the website, and to assist as needed in putting together the newsletter.
Welcome - Objective is to welcome new homeowners to the Association, and
help familiarize them with its services, amenities and policies.
Membership on all committees is open to all interested residents and owners!
