Earthquake Retrofit

Completed. All buildings are now "up to code."

 

Roofing

Completed. New flat roofs have been installed on all units. Various tile roof issues are currently being evaluated by our contractors.

 

Stucco

Completed. All buildings have had their stucco refinished with elastomeric waterproofing sealant. A few site walls still need stucco patching and repainting. Sierra Highway retaining wall waterproofing on the embankment side has been re-done.

 

Drainage

Irrigation system has been re-tuned by our irrigation tech to minimize unnecessary runoff while providing appropriate coverage. French drains have been installed where needed. Many other new landscaping drains have been installed. Contractors are evaluating any further needs.

Building Numbers / Unit Letters

Completed. New Building Numbers have been installed on all Units.
