06.22.2005 - New Managing Agent Ilene Wallach - Westcom Management Services!

Westcom Property Services and the Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Westcom as the professional Managing Agent for Vista del Canon, effective July 1, 2005.

Westcom's primary responsibilities are the Financial and Administrative Management of the Association. Services include collecting the monthly dues assessments, maintaining the Association's books and records, bill paying and overseeing the care of the common area. Westcom is a full service property management company established in 1978, and is currently responsible for, in excess of, some two hundred properties located throughout the Los Angeles and Ventura county areas.

Monthly maintenance dues will be due on the first day of each month. Homeowners will receive a reminder bill around the 24th of each month. The first bill for July will not reflect any credits or past due amounts you may have on your account. These will be input prior to the August bill. Please make checks payable to Vista del Canon Homeowners Association. Monthly maintenance dues should now be mailed to:

Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. In the event of after hour emergency, please call the office number to reach the on-call supervisor. Calls will be returned promptly.
